Pant University of Agriculture and Technology and he served continuously as such till 20.08.2024, however, thereafter, his engagement was abruptly discontinued, without giving any notice or opportunity. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that outsourcing agency discontinued the engagement of petitioner and the University has nothing to do in the matter. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that one Junior Engineer and one Helper, who were similarly engaged as the petitioner, were taken back in service, pursuant to order passed by this Court. He submits that petitioner also deserves similar treatment. 6. Since petitioner has made a representation, which is enclosed as Annexure-6 to the writ petition, therefore, in view of the prayer made by learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to Labour Welfare Officer to consider and decide petitioner’s representation, as per law, within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
