Learned advocate has invited my attention to the order dated 4.7.2025 passed in First Appeal No.1852 of 2025 and allied matters and has submitted that arising out of the common judgment and award, which Union intents to challenge in the present appeal as well, this Court has admitted the appeal and appropriate orders have been passed in application seeking stay. She has therefore, urged this Court to condone the delay and hear the appeal on merits. 2. Learned advocate Mr. Hiren Modi has instruction to appear on behalf of the respondents – original claimants. Learned advocate could not dispute the aforesaid submission C/CA/3336/2025 ORDER DATED: 10/07/2025 and has urged this Court to pass appropriate order. 3. Considering the aforesaid submissions and having noted the order dated 4.7.2025 being passed in the cognate appeal wherein this Court had an occasion to examine application for condonation of delay and considering the averments and submissions made has found sufficient cause being established on record, the delay has been condoned, the present applications filed seeking condonation of delay of similar number of days assailing the same common judgment and award, the delay caused in preferring the respective appeals are hereby condoned. Present applications stand disposed of. 4. Learned advocate Mr. Hiren Modi is directed to enter his Vakalatnama by 14.07.2025 in Civil Application No.3371 of 2025. On entering Vakalatnama, Registry is directed to reflect the name of learned advocate Mr. Hiren Modi appearing for the respondents- original claimants in the main appeal. (NISHA M.
