This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 3 respondent in not rectifying the entries in ROR and not considering the application dated 15.09.2021 of the petitioner for mutation and title deed and passbook, in respect of the land in an extent of Ac.3.30 cents in survey No.91/3 of Dwarakapuram Village, Naidupet Mandal. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the representation submitted earlier by the petitioner was rejected, as no documents were enclosed in support of the said claim. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh application to the 3^^^ respondent for the above said relief, enclosing all the necessary documents in support of his claim within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. On receipt of such application from the petitioner, the 3^^^ respondent shall consider and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three (3) months thereafter.
