Praveen Kumar is appointed as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.2 and 3 by mutual consent, for which the Petitioner placed on record the letter dated 30.10.2024 addressed by the Petitioner to Respondent Nos.2 and 3 accepting Sri Justice C. Praveen Kumar as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute subject to withdrawal of the present Writ Petition. 3. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary for adjudicating the matter and hence the Writ Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
