Both the parties appeared before this Court and were identified by their respective learned counsel. The defacto complainant/respondent No.2 stated that she has voluntarily come forward for withdrawal of the case and the dispute has been amicably settled and compromised without any coercion from any quarter. 7. Since both the parties entered into compromise, no further orders are required in this matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed by quashing the proceedings pending against the petitioners herein/Accused Nos. 1 to 3 in FIR No.258 of 2025 in Patamata P.S., NTR District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 69, 115(2), 351(2), 318(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS.
