Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Following order was passed in the mater on 03.06.2026:- “Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record a compendium of documents including a letter dated 21.04.2026 from the Principal, GSSS Amni, District Kangra, addressed to the Accountant General, Himachal Pradesh, seeking issuance of necessary orders for grant of Pension/DCRG/Commutation of Pension in favour of the petitioner. Learned counsel for respondent No.5 seeks two weeks’ time to have instructions in the matter. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes - 2 - List on 30.06.2026. In the meanwhile, respondents No.1 to 4 to also place on record fresh instructions.” 2. Pursuant to the above, learned counsel for respondent No.5 has placed on record a compendium of documents which also includes Pension Payment Order-cum- Commutation Payment Order authorized in favour of the petitioner on 10.06.2026 with date of start of petitioner’s pension reflected as 01.04.2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though respondent No.5 has authorized release of pension in petitioner’s favour, but the respondent-State be directed to release admissible pension alongwith pension arrears due to the petitioner within a time bound schedule. 4. Taking note of above, this execution petition to stand disposed of with direction to respondents No. 1 to 4 to release pension arrears due to the petitioner in terms of authorization dated 10.06.2026 issued by respondent No.5, within four week’s from today i.e. by or before 30.07.2026. The recurring pension be also paid to the petitioner regularly. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his surviving - 3 - grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
