Heard Sri Guduri Samba Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Public Prosecutor for CID would submit that the as ordered by the Director General of Police, the police are doing preliminary enquiry in this matter on the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.07.2025. 4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Considering the submissions of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly, however, police are directed to look into the issue and take appropriate steps according to the law. There shall be no order as to costs.
