The limited relief sought by the petitioner is for an appropriate direction to the respondents No. 2 & 3 to consider the representation for grant of proper compensation, as land belonging to the petitioner has been acquired for the purpose of construction of Project Saradih Bairaj. 2. According to the petitioner, he has made representation to the -2- authorities concerned for payment of compensation as per section 33 of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013. 3. The State Counsel does not have any objection to the limited relief sought by the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to take a decision on the representation made by the petitioner for grant of compensation under Section 33 of the aforesaid Act 2013. The respondents 2 & 3 should take a decision within an outer limit of four months from today. 5.
