Sen, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 & 3. Mr. Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has received instruction from the petitioner that the petitioner is ready and willing to liquidate the loan amount in respect of which a Judgment dated 10.04.2019 has been rendered in O.A. no. 436/2018 by the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Guwahati and therefore, the petitioner does not want to press this writ petition as the freezing of the petitioner’s bank account is linked with the matter of liquidation of the loan amount. Both Mr. Parvez and Mr. Sen have submitted that they have no objection to the prayer for withdrawal of the writ petition. In view of the above submission made by Mr. Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed on withdrawal. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
