2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner worked as Sub-Divisional Officer, PWD, High Court Sub-Division, Bilaspur and the office register of Misc. Public Works Advance (Annexure P/11) placed an amount of Rs. 3,07,57,774/- made recoverable from the petitioner, against which he has made representations before respondent No.6/competent authority, which have not been considered and decided till date.
3. Be that as it may, respondent No.6/competent authority is
directed to consider and decide the said representation of the petitioner on its own merit strictly in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within three months from the date of receipt of this order. Further, the petitioner is also at liberty to file additional representation along with relevant documents within four weeks from today before the respondent/competent authority for redressal of his grievance.
4. With the aforesaid directions and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands finally disposed of.
