In pursuance of the earlier order of this Court, the opposite party no. 1 is personally present before this Court, who has been identified by Shri Brijesh Kumar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel and filed an affidavit of compliance, which is taken on record. On the strength of the affidavit, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the order of the writ Court has been complied with in its letter & spirit as the arrears of the salary have been paid and month-to-month salary is being paid to the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute the said fact. In view of the above, no cause of action survives. The contempt application is disposed of. Let the contempt application be consigned to records. Notice, if any, stands discharged.
