This petition has been filed challenging the following orders : "(i) To set aside the orders dated 12.08.2021 and order dated 12.07.2021 to the extent by which Sri Mahendra Singh Chawla, Advocate was authorized to argue on behalf of Sri Gurdeep Singh Chawla passed by Additional District Judge/Special Judge (S.C./S.T.) Act, Jhansi." The dispute in the present petition is regarding issuance of power of attorney by Mrs. Karuna Rai whether in favour of Sri Mahendra Singh Chawla or in favour of Ram Sewak Vyas, Advocate. Since, it has been informed by the parties that Mrs. Karuna Rai is no more, therefore, both the power of attorneys do not survive after her death. No relief can be granted to the petitioner.
