By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 608 of 2016 at Police Station Khorabar District Gorakhpur under Section 147, 323, 304, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act. The applicant is in jail since 03.05.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 06.08.2024. The trial is on foot. At this stage, no fresh ground for bail is made out. Without going into the merits of the case, the bail application is dismissed. Since the trial court has already been directed to expedite the trial and to realize the intent of Section 309 Cr.P.C. in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 26017 of 2024 no further directions need to be issued. Shri Vishnu Swaroop Srivastava, learned counsel for the first informant is present.
