The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 17.09.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-B No. 3616 of 2024 (Karuna Sindhu Dwivedi v. State of U.P. and another). In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that through order dated 13.05.2025 the representation of the applicant for being considered for measurement and possession of Gata No.589 has been decided and rejected by the opposite party. The order has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged.
