W.P.No.2280 of 2023 was disposed of on 21.04.2023, directing the respondents to pay the principal amount of the bill raised by the petitioner, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter to the Registrar (Judicial), to withdraw the contempt case. However, this Court is of the view that in the contempt case, the petitioner will not be allowed to withdraw, since the role of the petitioner is to inform the Court about either violation or non- implementation. 4. Smt. K.Devasree, learned counsel representing Sri Venkat Challa, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order dated 21.04.2023 has been complied with. 5. Recording the submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
