GP FOR HOME 2 HBKM,J W.P.No.31935 of 2013 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 2. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in not investigating the Cr.No.92 of 2010 of Jangareddigudem Police Station, West Godavari District. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the counter of the 3rd respondent submits that the suspected persons against whom the petitioner pointed out have been thoroughly interrogated, but they denied the knowledge of offence and as there are no clues for the commission of offence, the investigation is going to be closed by filing the final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. as undetectable. If any clues are forthcoming about the culprits, the same can be reopened. 4. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
