The Court made the following: ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 18.06.2021 passed in W.P.No.8835 of 2021. Ms.Gandham Papa Kusuma, learned counsel representing r Sri M.Srivijay, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that W.P.No.8835 of 2021 has been filed questioning the endorsement issued by the TahsHdar in rejecting the applications of the petitioners filed for issuance of Community Certificates without jurisdiction. This Court has set aside the said endorsement of the Tahsildar and directed the competent authority to examine the applications of the petitioners strictly in accordance with law and take appropriate decision in the matter. As the authorities have not complied with the said order, filed the present contempt case. Learned counsel further submits that pursuant to filing of the contempt case, the authorities have complied with the orders of this Court, disobedience of which is complained of in this Contempt Case, as such, there remains nothing for adjudication and prayed to close the contempt. Recording the said submission, as the authorities have complied with the orders, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
