Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the stay application of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that 1/3 amount has not been deposited though there no mandatory requirement for the same as the petitioner has preferred revision. He further submits that now the petitioner wants to challenged the said order therefore, the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to file a better petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed above.
