The petitioner has challenged her transfer order dated 25.06.2025, whereby the petitioner, who is working as Project Officer at Integrated Child & Development Project, Nawagarh, Dist- Bemetara has been transferred to Integrated Child and Development Project, Pathalgaon, Dist- Jashpur on administrative exigencies. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having about one year of her service and between that period she has been transferred from Nawagarh, Dist- Bemetara has been transferred to Pathalgaon, Dist- Jashpur. She has been transferred to Nawagarh, Dist- Bemetara on 03.01.2024 and within short span of time she has again been transferred to Pathalgaon, Dist- Jashpur. Against transfer order, she has moved her representation on 26.06.2025 to the transfer committee as provided under Clause-8 of the transfer policy dated 05.06.2025, but her representation has not been considered till date. He also submits that the petitioner has also made an application on 30.09.2025 for voluntarily retirement which is forwarded by the department and the same is also pending for its consideration. Therefore, the impugned transfer order may be quashed. 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel, on instruction, would submit that the representation of the petitioner is still pending for its consideration and the authorities is going to pass an order on the representation of the petitioner and will pass the order very soon. 3 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material annexed with the petition. 5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, considering that the representation of the petitioner is already pending before the transfer committee since 26.06.2025, the transfer committee is directed to take decision on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 26.06.2025 within three weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in accordance with law on its own merits. 6. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order to the transfer committee within a week from today. 7. Till the decision of the transfer committee on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.06.2025, the parties shall maintain status quo. 8.
