The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- 10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the present writ petition and kindly quash the impugned notice dated 26.06.2025 (received by petitioner on 27.06.2025) (Annexure P-13) 2 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and further direct the respondent authorities to consider the application for regularization of construction filed by the petitioner which is pending since long time in a stipulated time frame, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief(s) in favor of petitioners as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case with cost. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4 & 5 submits that if the petitioner files an application for regularization/grant of permission to construct further floor before the respondent No. 4 & 5, the same would be considered in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, instead of keeping this petition pending, this Court finds it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to file an application before the respondent No. 4 & 5 within a period of 15 days from today and in turn the respondent No. 4 & 5 shall consider and decide the application of the petitioner in accordance with law/rules/regulations. 6. Till the application of the petitioner is decided, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. 7.
