Devan Ramachandran, J. When this matter was called today, a very interesting turn of events happened.
2. Both the parties, the appellant – Sri.Benher Solomon and the respondent – Smt.Lizy George, were present in person and submitted that they are now living together and that they do not intend to continue with the litigation.
3. Sri.Benher Solomon requested that he be allowed to withdraw this Appeal; and Smt.Lizy George submitted that she would not execute the decree for the return of gold, because of the change in scenario.
4. The learned counsel for the parties also affirmed the afore.
