These writ petitions have been filed for the grant of almost common substantive reliefs. Relief clause herein is extracted from CWP No.15270/2025:-

“Issue a writ of certiorari, mandamus or other appropriate writ
order or direction directing the respondents to pay the revised pay- stipend @ Rs.1,00,000/- per month in favour of the petitioner, on the post of Sr. Resident/Tutor Specialists (Microbiology) in the Department of Microbiology at Dr. Y.S. Parmar Govt. Medical College Nahan, District Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh in terms of Notification dated 10.04.2025 (Annexure P-5) from the due date i.e. 10.04.2025, along with 12% interest and arrears up to date, within a time bound manner, for all intents and purposes.”

Pursuant to the orders passed in these writ petitions, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office communication dated 13.10.2025 from the Principal Y.S. Parmar, Government Medical College Nahan, District Sirmaur, which runs as under: -
“In this regard, it is very humbly and respectfully submit that, the present respondent No.3 i.e. Principal Dr. Y.S. Parmar Govt. Medical College Nahan has issued office order HFW-ME- DYSPGMC-(B)(3)-P/file-3882 dated 13.10.2025, wherein it is order that, in compliance to the Secretary (Health) to the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh notification no.HFW-B(F)6-1/2017- Loose(54117) dated 10.04.2025 vide which stipend has been revised and pay the concerned officer w.e.f 10.04.2025 to continue. The copy of the office order is being attached flag A.”

Learned Deputy Advocate General submitted that in terms of above office instructions, stipend has been revised in cases of the petitioner(s) from Rs.65,000/- to Rs. 1,00,000/- per month.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submitted that the office instructions and the decision taken by the respondents have redressed the grievance of the petitioner(s).
Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of as the grievances of the petitioner(s) stand redressed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
