Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the record. This criminal revision has been filed by the revisionist with a prayer to set aside the order dated 13.12.2023 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Jalaun at Orai in Crl. Case No.700 of 2021 (Smt. Pragya Patel Vs. Anubhav Gangwar), under section 125 Cr.P.C, Police Station Ait, District Jalaun. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the revisionist that in this case the mediation has become successful and this criminal revision be disposed of in terms of settlement between the parties. On perusal of record, the mediation report dated 30.8.2024 shows that mediation has been completed and agreement between the parties is annexed thereto which also shows that all the dispute and differences between the parties have been amicably settled. Since the matter has been settled between the parties, therefore, it will be of no use to keep this criminal revision pending. Accordingly, this revision is disposed of in terms of settlement dated 30.8.2024 as entered between the parties.
