Learned Assistant Government Pleader secured written instructions dated 05.10.2025 (part of record). As seen from the said written instructions, it transpires that the appeal filed by the petitioner against the orders of the 3rd respondent is under scrutiny. 3. Therefore, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition to adjudicate the grievance of the petitioner. 4. Appeal filed by the writ petitioner was entertained and as it is under scrutiny, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. The appellate authority is directed to dispose of the appeal, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
