The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Special G.R. Case No.153 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned Addl. District Judge- cumSpecial Court under POCSO Act, Cuttack arising out of Cuttack Mahila P.S. Case No.138 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 137(2)/64/115(2)/109/3(5) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the informant on instruction that after attaining p. 2 marriageable age the informant had joined the Petitioner in matrimony out of her own volition. 4. This Court perused the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of BNSS. 5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail. 6. Considering the submissions made, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper. 7.
