ROAD, TRIVANDRUM, KERALA, PIN - 695001 2 W.P.(C) No.2149 of 2023 2025:KER:25998 THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING BEEN FINALLY HEARD ON 26.03.2025, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING: 3 W.P.(C) No.2149 of 2023 2025:KER:25998 JUDGMENT The petitioner has filed the captioned writ petition, pointing out that he had obtained certain credit facilities from the 1st respondent, and the said respondent is taking steps leading to the harassment of himself and his family for realisation of the arrears payable as against the credit facility. He would contend that the respondents may be interdicted from harassing the petitioner as above. 2. Heard Sri.Aravind R.Nair, the learned counsel representing Sri.Luke J.Chirayil, the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. On 20.01.2023, this Court, while admitting the writ petition, has issued the following order; “Issue notice on admission to the respondents. If the respondents resort to any pressure tactics in the meanwhile, the petitioner can approach the jurisdictional Police and in such event, the Police shall take appropriate preventive measures.” 4. Insofar as the petitioner has already been permitted to approach the jurisdictional police in the event of any harassment as complained of by the petitioner, I am of the 4 W.P.(C) No.2149 of 2023 2025:KER:25998 opinion that this writ petition can be disposed of by making the afore interim order absolute.
