The invoice submitted by the petitioner was approved on 10.03.2022. However, the payments were not released. 2. In this regard, petitioner submitted written representation on 06.01.2024. 3. As no amounts have been forthcoming, the present writ petition is filed. 4. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2. 5. It is not in dispute that the petitioner has supplied computer and printer as desired by respondent No.2. In these circumstances, respondent No.2 is bound to pay the pending bills. 6. In the above referred circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to verify and release the pending bills within four weeks from the date of this order. No costs.
