3. Sri V.N.V.Surya Dattu, learned counsel for the petitioner, contends that the petitioner is innocent of the alleged offence and has been falsely implicated by the police.
It is further submitted that the petitioner is the sole earning memberof his family and he is ready to abide any conditions that may be imposed by this Court, and it is urged to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. 4. Per contra, Ms. Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, vehemently opposed the grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, submitting that the investigation is still underway and several material witnesses remain to be examined. It is contended that if the petitioner is released on pre-arrest bail, there is a strong likelihood that he may abscond, thereby hampering the ongoing investigation and evading the process of law. In view of the foregoing, it is urged that the petition be dismissed. 5. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.Perused the record. 6. This Court, by order dated 22-07-2025 in Criminal Petition No. 7340 of 2025, granted pre-arrest bail to the wife of the petitioner. The case of the petitioner is not on the similar footing of his wife. It is reported that there are 11 similar adverse antecedents against the petitioner, they are (1) crime No. 195 of 2023 of C.C.S., Hyderabad; (2) crime No. 322 of 2010 of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad; (3) crime No. 324 of 2010 of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad; (4) crime No. 6 of 2016 of Mulkanur Police Station,

Further, the petitioner has not approached learned Sessions Judge at the first instance for granting of pre-arrest bail. He has directly approached this Court. 7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner inasmuch as it would amount to giving a license for the person against whom serious allegations are levelled and it would also amount to giving a shield or protection to the person against whom accusation is well established as per the judgments of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Gurbaksh Singh Sibbia Vs. State of Punjab1 and Sushila Aggarwal Vs. State of Delhi2. There are no merits in the criminal petition and the same is liable to be dismissed. 8. In the result, the criminal petition is dismissed. However, as per the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner-
