The petitioner/ applicant preferred the instant MCC for modification of the order dated 20-06-2025 passed in WPCR No.331 of 2025 on the ground that the direction has been given to the petitioner to mark his presence before the District Magistrate concerned, in the said order at para No. 10, it has been typed out as District Magistrate, Bilaspur (C.G.) instead of District Magistrate, Balrampur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.). 3. On due consideration and looking to the fact that there is a typing error in the aforesaid order, para 10 of the order dated 20-06-2025 passed in WPCR No. 331 of 2025 is modified. Hence the District Magistrate, Bilaspur (C.G.) be read as District Magistrate, Balrampur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.). 4. With the aforesaid modifications, the instant MCC stands disposed of. 5.
