Sinha, A.P.P. --- 03 / 03.04.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 887 of 2022 arising out of Nagri P.S. Case No. 97 of 2020 for the offences registered under sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-III, Ranchi. 3. On 09.07.2020, husband of the Informant was murdered by unknown person near Patracholi Mission School. Suspicion has been raised upon the petitioner that he and co-accused might have committed his murder. 4. Mr. Vijoy Kumar Sinha, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that on 05.12.2020, statement of Manish Kachhap was recorded in which he has stated that he has seen the petitioner driving a motorcycle and the pillion rider had fired upon the deceased, due to which, he died. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the statement of Manish Kachhap was recorded after about three months from the date of occurrence. It was submitted that this witness has not stated any reason as to why he remained silent for three months. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-III, Ranchi in connection with S.T.
