JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 27/05/2025 This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner with the following prayer: " 10.1. That the respondent may be directed to keep the Grant and Aid of the Central Government in any of the nationalized Banks instead of AU Bank as there is high risk with such small Private New Banks. 10.2. Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court seems fit in the aforesaid matter may also be granted. " (2 of 2) [CW-223/2022] We have gone through the prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition and find that the petitioner has prayed that the amount received from the Central Government may not be deposited in the AU Bank. In our considered view, it is within the sole domain of the respondent No.1 to deposit the amount received from the Central Government in any Bank and no specific case has been made out by the petitioner with regard to fraud or misappropriation of the Government money. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed. (ANAND SHARMA),J (INDERJEET SINGH),J NEERU /108
