However, the interest component on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits remains to be released to petitioner No.2 and the same shall also be released within four weeks from today. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2. In view of the aforesaid office letter placed on record by the respondents and submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents, the present proceedings are closed with the hope and trust that due liability towards the interest component payable to petitioner No.2, shall be defrayed within the aforesaid period, i.e. on or before 11.12.2025.
