This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in retiring the petitioner by way of superannuation with effect from 30- 6-2018 on attaining the age of 58 years as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and unreasonable and to direct The 3rd Respondent

to continue the petitioner in service till attaining the age of 60 years with all benefits.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that, in the light of the interim order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018, dated 28.06.2018, the Respondent Authorities have complied with the said order and the Petitioner was continued in service till he attained the superannuation age of 60 years.
3. Sri Ch.Murali Krishna, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
