Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has handed over a copy of instructions, dated 06.10.2025, which are taken on record. In terms of these instructions, the petitioner has been offered appointment on daily wage basis on compassionate basis in terms of the judgment in issue from the due date. The petitioner has been held to be entitled to monetary and actual benefits as from 15.07.2022, as directed by this Court in CWPOA No.6065 of 2019. 2. In terms of this development, now nothing survives in these proceedings and the same are closed, but with the observation that whatever emoluments the petitioner is entitled to as from 15.07.2022 till date, be released in his favour within a period of three months from today.
