The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 550/2023 arising out of Nawajaipur P.S. Case No. 16/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1165/2023, for the offences registered under Section 376 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Palamau, Daltonganj. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 8385 of 2023 by order dated 30.10.2023. 4. On 27.04.2023, petitioner is alleged to have raped the deaf and dumb mentally retarded daughter of the informant. 5. It was submitted that the medical report does not support the allegation. It was further submitted that charge has been framed in this case and a single witness has been examined who has been declared hostile. 6.
