2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
“1. Quashed the FIR bearing registration No. 760 of 2020 dated 22.11.2020 registered at Police Station Sarangarh, District Raigarh (C.G.) against the present petitioner.
2. To quash the charge-sheet filed by the Police Station Sarangarh, District Raigarh in Crime NO. 760 of 2020 against the present petitioner (Annexure P/2).
3. To quash the charge framed by the learned Special Judge (Atrocities) Raigarh against the present petitioner in Special Criminal Case (Atrocities Act) 53/2020 “State of Chhattisgarh vs. Dilip Sahu @ Deepak Sahu” against the present petitioner (Annexure P/1).
4. To call for the entire records pertaining to Special Criminal Case (Atrocities Act) 53/2020 pending before the Special Judge (Atrocities) Raigarh, District Raigarh, Chhattisgarh.
5. Any other relief which the Hon’ble Court deems fit in favour of the petitioner.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner respectfully submits that the trial
3 in the present matter has already concluded. In light of this development, it is respectfully submitted that the present petition has become infructuous, as the relief sought by the petitioner no longer survives or remains relevant.
