ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed seeking for the following relief:
“to declare the action of the respondent in attempting to dispossess the petitioner from the existing thatched shed and cutting away the mango cashew nut garden in an extent of Ac.267 cents in old Sy No. 26/P of Mudasarlova village, and the present new Sy No 32/5 of Mudasarlova village Visakhapatnam District, without issuing any notice and without following any due process of law and consequently to direct the respondent not to demolish the thatched shed and cut the mango cashew garden and dispossess him without following due process of law”.
2. The Petitioner claims to have been granted Provisional Assignment Order under BSO 15 on 12.03.1979 by the then Tahsildar, Visakhapatnam and his name was incorporated in the 10 (1) Account with regard to Sy.No.32/5 and as there was threat of dispossession, the present Writ Petition was filed.
3. This Court vide Order dated 04.03.2013 granted interim
order as under:

“As the Petitioner claims that the subject land was assigned by the Tahsildar, Visakhapatnam, as long back as in the year 1979, there shall be direction to the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation, Visakhapatnam, not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the Petitioner over the said land and thatched shed, except in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law.”.
4. Though there is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that the said interim direction would suffice for disposal of the present Writ Petition with a direction to the respondents to follow the interim order granted by this Court on 04.03.2013.
5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is
disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ NYAPATHY VIJAY, J
