K RATHANGA PANI REDDY The Court made the following Common Judgment: (per NJS,J) At the time of considering the appeals, it is fairly represented by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the connected batch of appeals, arising out of the common order dated 29.12.2008 passed in L.A.O.P No.479 of 2003 and batch were dismissed by a Division Bench of the composite High Court vide Orders dated 31.01.2014 in L.A.A.S Nos.86 of 2014 and batch. Similarly, some of the appeals arising out of the said batch have been dismissed by an order of the composite High Court dated 22.03.2017 in L.A.A.S Nos.278 and 287 of 2014. 2. In the light of the above stated position and the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, for the reasons alike, the present appeals are dismissed. No costs.
