The learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submits that the entire amount due to the Bank has been paid and the loan account closed. This is recorded. 2025:KER:30110 WP(C) No. 2173 of 2019 -4- Accordingly, nothing remains to be considered in this writ petition and the same is, accordingly, closed with a direction to the 3rd respondent Bank to intimate the revenue authorities for withdrawing the requisition in question.
