Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 22.06.2026, issued by Director, Directorate of Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh and a copy of office order dated 03.10.2025, passed by the Deputy Director Ele. Education Hamirpur, Distt. Hamirpur (HP). The same are taken on record. A perusal of order dated 03.10.2025, reveals that the petitioner has been allowed higher pay stage in the applicable pay level, after completion of two years regular service. The DDO concerned was directed to fix the pay of the petitioner. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 23.05.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.8565 of 2025, titled, Ravi Dass vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., has been complied with, the application filed for revival of the Execution Petition has been rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
