Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.” While disposing of the writ petition, CMP No.13146 of 2025, seeking impleadment of respondent No.5, i.e. Sh. Jeet Singh, was allowed as under:- “CMP No.13146/2025 For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and Mr. Jeet Singh, Senior Gur Malega Devta Aadi Brahma, S/o Sh. Moti Ram, R/o Ward No.1, Damachani, Mohal Kothi, Tehsil and District Kullu, H.P is impleaded as respondent No.5. The application stands disposed of. Necessary corrections be carried out in the cause title.” 4. Petitioner has prayed for reviewing/clarifying the above part of judgment to the extent respondent No.5 was impleaded as ‘Mr. Jeet Singh, Senior Gur Malega Devta Aadi Brahma, S/o Sh. Moti Ram, R/o Ward No.1, 2 CWP No.10966 of 2024, decided on 17.09.2025 3 Damachani, Mohal Kothi, Tehsil and District Kullu, H.P.’ to the extent that impleadment of respondent No.5 would not constitute any recognition or confirmation of his status as ‘Senior Gur Malega Devta Aadi Brahma’ by this Court. 5. It is not in dispute that while deciding Devta Aadi Brahma2, respondent No.5’s right, title or interest as also recognition or confirmation of his alleged status as ‘Senior Gur Malega Devta Aadi Brahma’ have not been deliberated upon. The judgment rendered in Devta Aadi Brahma2 and respondent No.5’s impleadment as Mr. Jeet Singh, ‘Senior Gur Malega’ Devta Aadi Brahma would not be construed as any adjudication upon his such status in Devta Aadi Brahma2. His status as ‘Senior Gur’ finds mention in the impleadment order passed in Devta Aadi Brahma2 only on the basis of his such averment made in the application. With the above clarification, the review petition to stand disposed of. Jyotsna Rewal Dua October 10, 2025 Judge Mukesh
