1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-
“10.1 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the letter dated 23.07.2019 (Annexure P/1), issued by Respondent Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited. Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI
2 10.2 The Hon’ble Court may kindly direct the Respondent Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited to issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC) / permission to the Petitioner for taking down the subject 33KV line. 10.3 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to declare the 18.5 Km, 33 KV line and associated infrastructure as the property of the Petitioner as mentioned in the Certificate of Sale dated 20.05.2019 issued by Official Liquidator in accordance with provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. 10.4 Pass any other or further order which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper and other reliefs as the nature and circumstances of the case may require in favour of the Petitioner.”
