ORDER:
The instant criminal petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C)/under Section 528 of BNSS, has been filed by the Petitioner/Accused, seeking to set aside the order dated 22.08.2025 passed by the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Piler in Crl.M.P.No.1311 of 2025 in STC No.9 of 2024 (Old STC No.41 of 2022).
2. Heard Sri D.Purnachandra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor takes notice on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Piler in Crl.M.P.No.1311 of 2025 in STC No.9 of 2024 (Old STC No.41 of 2022) dismissing the petition filed to recall the PW1 before the appropriate forum.
4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders.
5. Considering the submissions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Piler in Crl.M.P.No.1311

of 2025 in STC No.9 of 2024 (Old STC No.41 of 2022) dismissing the petition filed to recall the PW1 before the appropriate forum.
