Successive bail request of the petitioner in respect of the charge of murder involved in SC No.11/2021. 3. According to the petitioner, petitioner is in custody since from 2020 and trial is not yet progressed. 4. Learned High Court Government Pleader submits that on 20.03.2025, trial is concluded and the case is now posted to 07.04.2025 for recording the accused statement. 5. Taking note of above aspects of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that there is no positive - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:5847 CRL.P No. 101261 of 2025 changed circumstance to entertain the successive bail request. 6. Material on record also depicts that all the prosecution witnesses have supported the case of the prosecution. 7. Accordingly following order: ORDER (i) Bail petition is rejected.
