The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Margomunda P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 427, 506 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri. A. K. Dubey, learned J.M.F.C., Madhupur (Deoghar). Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by sword due to which he sustained grievous injuries. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody for more than six months. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is an accused in as many as seven cases. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
