APHC010457832024 IN THE HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH AT AMARAVATI WP(PIL) NO: 176 of 2024 Bench Sr.No:-16 [3483] Vankireddy Sudha Rani ...Petitioner Vs. The State of Andhra Pradesh and others ...Respondents ********** Advocate for Petitioner : Mr. Sk. Saidulu representing Mr. Rajendra C Advocate for Respondents : Mrs. S. Pranathi (Special Government Pleader) CORAM : THE CHIEF JUSTICE DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR SRI JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI DATE : 12th February, 2025 P C : Mrs. S. Pranathi, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5, states that the matter is rendered infructuous inasmuch as respondent No.6 in the petition, whose provisional license had been challenged, has since been awarded a license on regular basis at Door No.4/2-C-5, Kadiri Road, Ward No.4 in Madanapalle Municipality and, therefore, it is stated that the provisional license which was under challenge has become irrelevant. It is not out of place to mention here that earlier the provisional license was allotted in favour of respondent No.6 at Door No.2-242, Kadiri road, Madanapalle, as per the stand of the petitioner. Be that as it may, if the petitioner still has any grievance, she may work out her remedy in accordance with law. 2 HCJ & RC, J WP(PIL)_176_2024 Accordingly, the proceedings are closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR, CJ RAVI CHEEMALAPATI, J Vjl
