The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to comply with the recommendation of the respondent-Committee dated 12.05.2015 and the order of the Authority dated 10.06.2015 in respect of lease back of 2500 square meters of land of Khasra No. 137, village Saini, Tehsil Dadari, District Gautam Buddh Nagar and to decide the representation dated 02.05.2023. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent-Authority submits that the Authority does not oppose the third prayer and would decide the representation, if so directed. 3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merit, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent-Authority, to decide the representation dated 02.05.2023 by a speaking order within eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photocopy of the representation dated 02.05.2023.
