(Oral) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, under instructions, states that on account of subsequent developments, whereby parties have decided to get their marriage dissolved by way of mutual consent under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act and in the regard, an application has been already filed in the competent court of law, she has instructions to withdraw the present petition. Ordered accordingly. 2. Amount lying deposited with the Registry of this Court on account of maintenance is ordered to be released in favour of the respondent by remitting the same in her saving bank account, detail whereof shall be furnished within one week.
