GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “….to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of mandamus declaring that the action of the 3rd respondent in sending the police constables to my working place at 19-102, Gadangi Street, Near Brahmamgari Temple, Old Town, Anantapur and calling me to the 3rd respondent police station for illegal settlement of the loan amount of the 4 & 5 respondents though it is purely a civil dispute in nature and the 3rd respondent interfering in Civil dispute…. 2. Heard Sri N.Prem Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering in the civil disputes. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that police never interfered with the civil issues and they have not interfered with the business of the petitioner. The written instructions dated 08.01.2025 are placed on record. 5. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to summon the petitioner to the police station without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
