The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 413/2024 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 117/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. On 07.06.2024 at about 4:00 pm, the son of the informant Lucky Kumar left his house with his friends Pawan Kumar and Rohit Kumar and thereafter, he went missing. On 08.06.2024, his dead body was recovered. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused Rohit Kumar who has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 9600/2024. It was finally submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered on the pointing out of the petitioner. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Palamau at Daltonganj or his successor in connection with S.T. Case No. 413/2024 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 117/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
